Erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen, kohtuullisen vähän ajettu V50 luotettavalla ja äärimmäisen taloudellisella (keskikulutus alle 4 l / 100 km) 1.6-litraisella DRIVe -dieselmoottorilla. Mallisarjan loppupään autoja, jolloin lastentaudit on jo saatu kuriin.


Auto on uutena Suomeen ostettu, ja huoltohistoria on täydellinen. Edellinen huolto on juuri tehty. Jakopään huolto on ajankohtainen Volvon ilmoituksen mukaan 120 tkm tai 4 vuoden päästä. Lyhyempiäkin huoltovälejä ilmoitetaan joissain lähteissä, mutta kysymyksessä kuitenkin varsin vahva jakopää, joka on se luotettavampi vaihtoehto, eli hihnakäyttöinen. Joka tapauksessa mukana seuraa täydellinen jakohihnasarja vesipumppuineen, vaihtaa sen sitten ennemmin tai myöhemmin. Vaihtotyökään ei liene kummoinen homma, sillä ohjeaika on vain 1.7 tuntia. Jarrut ympäriinsä juuri uusittu.


Autolla on ollut 4...

Kori on ikäisekseen hyvin siisti. Ei ruostetta, jota tässä mallissa kuitenkin toisinaan esiintyy. Ei kolhuja eikä naarmuja. Väri tyylikäs helmiäishopea, joka valossa taittuu hieman välimerelliseen vaaleaan sinivihreään. Sisältä myös erittäin siisti, vaikka verhoilu on yleensä melko arka puolinahka.


Hyvät varusteet: vakionopeuden säädin, kaksialueinen automaatti-ilmastointi, Xenon-valot, Webasto ajastimella (toimintaa ei testattu), parkkitutka yms. 2 x hyväkuntoiset renkaat, molemmat alumiinivanteilla.
