Mukava ja vakaa ajettava maantiellä, helppo ja looginen kaupungin pyörityksessä. Todella taloudellinen, maantiellä pääsee 4.0 l/100km keskikulutuksella, moottoritiellä ja kaupungissa n. 5 l/100km, eli polttoainekulut hyvin maltilliset, etenkin kun vertaa muihin vastaavan kuljetuskapasiteetin laitteisiin.

Tästä kesäloman reissuille vähän ajettu, taloudellinen ja kattavasti varusteltu perhearjen monitoimiauto johon mahtuu kyytiin lapset, rattaat ja muut tarvikkeet.

Autossa on kattava Classic-varustelu, eli Volvon tapaan viimeisiin tuotantoeriin laitettiin mukaan suunnilleen kaikki mahdollinen. Löytyy mm. tehokkaat ksenonvalot, vakkari, bluetooth, automaattinen ilmastointi, automaattiset pyyhkimet, ajotietokone, parkkitutka, ABS-jarrut, ajonvakautus, turvatyynyt yms. Lastenistuimet saa kiinni isofixeihin. Suuremman tavarankuljetustarpeen iskiessä auttavat vetokoukku (vetomassat 1300 / 700 kg) ja alkuperäiset kattotelineet. Talviautoilun mukavuutta parantavat Defan lohkolämmitin + sisätilanlämmitin sekä Ebersprächer. Ja luonnollisesti kahdet renkaat löytyy, molemmissa sarjoissa aluvanteet. Kesärenkaissa (Michelin) pintaa 4 mm, talvirenkaissa (Nokian kitkat) pintaa 7 mm.

Auto on katsastettu moitteetta huhtikuussa. Vuosihuolto tehty huhtikuussa, samassa yhteydessä vaihdettiin jakohihna. Auto on huollatettu vuosittain ja pidetty muutenkin asiallisesti kunnossa. Tällä yksilöllä on rullattu vasta 170 000 km, eli käyttöikää löytyy vielä pitkälle.
