Volvo V50 luotettavaksi käyttöautoksi seuraavalle omistajalle. Auto on miellyttävä ajaa ja toimii hyvin ympäri vuoden. Talvella se lämpenee nopeasti ja on todella lämmin kovillakin pakkasilla. Kesällä ilmastointi puhaltaa kylmää niin kuin pitääkin.

Takapäähän on uusittu käytännössä kaikki kuluvat osat, joten auto on ryhdikäs, vakaa ja jämäkkä ajettava. Alustassa ei ole ylimääräisiä kolinoita, ja auto kulkee nätisti niin maantiellä kuin kaupungissakin.

Mukaan tulee kahdet hyväkuntoiset renkaat alumiinivanteilla, joten seuraavan omistajan ei tarvitse olla heti rengaskaupoilla.

Sisustassa on ikään nähden normaalia käytön patinaa, mikä on tämän ikäisissä V50-malleissa melko tyypillistä. Kyseessä ei ole näyttelyauto, vaan rehellinen ja hyvin palvellut Volvo, joka tarjoaa vielä paljon huolettomia kilometrejä.
