Vuonna 1987 sain ajokortin ja ostin tämän auton. Sillä tuli aikansa ajeltua ja laitettua kuntoon pikkuhiljaa. On maalattu, on tehty koneremontti, vaihteisto vaihdettu, etupalkisto hitsattu ja kaikenlaista pientä ja suurta. Visuaalisesti päivitetty Commodoren maskia ja kojetaulua.

Sitten tuli muita autoja mutta Rekord jäi viettämään tallielämää ja on ollut kuivassa säilytyksessä koko ajan. On siis ns. latolöytö-kuntoinen.

Viimeksi ajettu joskus 10v sitten. Saattaa liikkua tai sitten ei, en ole kokeillut.

Itselle ei motivaatiota ole ottaa käyttöön ja ehkä tuosta voisi luopua jos jotakuta kiinnostaa.

Tonnin huutelijat älkööt vaivautuko.
