GMC Vandura

MOT until 08/2027. Average fuel consumption is consistently around 13.5 L/100 km. 7 seats. Rear bench seat folds down into a bed. Subwoofer, inverter, solar panel and controller.

The previous owner stripped the interior and installed sound insulation, as well as a new ceiling and floor. The ceiling has spotlights and star lights.

In summer 2025, I had an American car specialist completely go through and refurbish the entire mechanical side of the vehicle. Four years earlier, the engine had been completely disassembled and rebuilt by the same specialist. I have photos documenting all of this work.

In August 2026, a 6.5D high-pressure injection pump was installed. The injectors were tested on a test bench; 3 injectors and 2 glow plugs were replaced.

In summer 2025, the van also received new tyres, LED headlights and an additional LED spotlight.

There are some areas on the bodywork that could use attention, because of bad paint job. There is no rust-through anywhere. Otherwise, it would not pass the MOT. This is my daily driver, except during winter. In winter, it is stored in a dry garage.
