Katsastuksen jälkeen ilmeni vaihteistovika. Vaihteistoon on tämän jälkeen vaihdettu öljyt, kitka- ja teräslevyt sekä tiivisteitä. Tällä hetkellä auto liikkuu D-asennolla ensimmäisellä vaihteella ja peruutusvaihde toimii, mutta vaihteisto ei vaihda suuremmille vaihteille, joten autolla ei voi ajaa pidempiä matkoja.

Itsellä mielenkiinto ja motivaatio projektin loppuun saattamiseen on hiipunut, joten auto siirtyy seuraavalle harrastajalle tai osaavalle tekijälle. Tästä hyvä aihio, johon on jo tehty merkittävä määrä huolto- ja kunnostustöitä.
