Rust is the main issue. other issues are small and can be fixed to drive the car for next year and onwards. mechanic suggested 450e cost to fix it to pass katsastus. there is no engine light ON anymore so, OBD error is resolved. Exchange is possible with newer car with Katsastus passed.
