Polonen on ollut meillä uudesta asti. Kirkkaasti paras VAG mitä olen omistanut. Ei vie öljyä pisaraakaan. Halvat huollot. Huomattava positiivinen ero luotettavuudessa ja lounteessa saman tehoiseen 4-sylinteriseen verrattuna. Kellään ei ole 999cm³ Poloa MagneticRide alustalla? Eikä kahdella tehdasvarustepaketilla? Kiva kylillä ja pitkää matkaakin hauska sekä vaivaton ajaa. Vakiopyörillä menee ihan sukkasillaan, alle 4L kulutuksella. 11v keskikulutus 5.5L. Ajetaan myös pitkää matkaa.

Suurimmat vanteet ovat olleet alla 8x18, ja kuten kuvista näkee, niin hyvin istuu. Alustan muutosten ansiosta pysyy tiessä huomattavasti vakiopoloa napakammin. DCC:n Sport-asento toimii jopa johdonmukaisemmin kelirikkoasfalteilla. Aktiivi-iskarit on uusittu 06.2024 alkup. varaosilla.
