Strong equipment for this model year: Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), front & rear parking sensors, Climatronic, heated front seats, and driver’s seat electric lumbar support with lower-back massage. VW App-Connect activated (Apple CarPlay via USB). Navigation updated (Europe 2026 / V22). Foldable towbar (trailer / bike rack). Two keys. Two sets of tyres included: summer tyres driven ~25,000 km, winter tyres ~18,000 km. Complete service history available (service book + invoices). The car was originally bought in Germany, imported to the Czech Republic, and then brought with me to Finland approx. 2.5 years ago (Finnish plates, all paperwork in order).

Key maintenance already done and documented: New alternator + serpentine belt at 227,274 km, timing belt + tensioners + water pump at 176,000 km (next scheduled ~380,000 km), engine oil + fuel filter at 223,700 km, DSG oil at 184,738 km (next scheduled ~244,000 km), engine + cabin filters at 208,727 km, and new battery (2024). Heated AdBlue hose and DSG microswitch replaced at ~208,000 km (06/2025). Brakes (front + rear discs and pads) likely needed in spring depending on use.

Inspection completed 11/2025, valid until 11/2026. Cosmetic notes: driver seat wear, minor rear bumper marks and a small stone chip near the left front wheel arch (see photos).
