Täysin läpikäyty ja entisöity 1957 ovaali kupla! Suomi-auto, museorekisteröity (seuraava katsastus 29.4.2030).

Body

• Bottom part sand blasted + epoxy painted + stone chip coated + 2k painted

• Some small welding made on left inner fender and under the tank

• Whole car sand blasted, epoxy painted and painted three layers with original ”Horizon blau”

• All rubber seals renewed

• New hood insulation and engine bay insulation

• New mud guards

• New bumpers, stainless steel

• New front lights

• New chrome lists

• New side mirror

• New gasoline tank and fuel line

Engine

• New cylinders

• New pistons

• New cam shaft and push rods

• New bearings

• New fuel pump

• Renovated top with new valves and valve seats

• New intake

• New seals

• New carburetor (a temporary Solex in the pictures)

• New spark plugs and ignition cables + distributor

Gearbox and driveline

• Gearbox gone through

• All rubber bushings and seals renewed

• New drive shaft rubbers

• New drive shaft bearings

Chassis

• Left rear sheet renewed, otherwise only small welding

• All ball joints renewed

• Bottom sand blasted and epoxy painted + two component painted + stone chip coated

• All brake lines renewed

• All brake cylinders and shoes renewed

• New brake head cylinder

Tyres

• New tyres (all 5) and rims painted

• New rim covers, stainless steel

Electrics

• All electrics gone through and partly renewed (where needed)

• New battery

Interior

• New inner roof

• New rubber floor mats

• New grey fabric side mats

• New door sides + leather + fabric

• New seat stuffing + fabric
