Siisti ja hyväkuntoinen Passat ikäisekseen, autossa on alkuperäinen R-line exterior korisarja. Tekniikka toimii hyvin, moottori käy nätisti eikä vikavaloja ole. Sisusta on siisti ja savuton. Korissa normaalia käytön jälkeä sekä hieman alkavaa ruostetta lähinnä pyöränkaarissa.

Tiedossa olevat puutteet: kytkin saattaa kylmänä joskus hieman ravistaa liikkeelle lähdettäessä 1. vaihteella. Ominaisuus on ollut samanlainen useita vuosia eikä ole vaikuttanut normaaliin ajoon. Lisäksi pyöränkaarissa ja kuskin oven etureunassa on alkavaa ruostetta.
